By using rawreborn.com, creating a member account, downloading a freebie, buying a product or joining a program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer.

1. Natural diet education, not medical care

Raw and Reborn shares natural diet and lifestyle education based on personal experience and study. We are not medical doctors, licensed physicians, dietitians or nutritionists, and we are not affiliated with any medical organization. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read our full Health Disclaimer. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your or your child's diet.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Keep your sign-in links and account private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site or our community.

3. Purchases and payments

• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing in your member space; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Digital products (guides, videos, classes) are delivered instantly. Because they can be accessed immediately, all digital product sales are final, except where required by law. If something doesn't work, email us and we'll make it right.
• Coaching and programs: specific refund or rescheduling terms will be shown on each offer before you buy.

4. Your license to our content

All guides, recipes, videos, text, images and other materials are owned by Raw and Reborn or its licensors and protected by copyright. When you get access, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for yourself and your family. Please don't resell, share your login, upload, copy or redistribute our materials.

5. Community and messages

Be kind. Don't post or send anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, or anyone else's private information. Don't use the site for spam or advertising. We may remove content or access that breaks these rules.

6. Testimonials and results

Any testimonials and stories reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of results.

7. Third-party services

We use third-party services such as Stripe, Brevo, Amazon Web Services, Instagram and video-call platforms. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site, content, products and coaching are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Raw and Reborn and Lankaya are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of our site, content, products or coaching. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold Raw and Reborn and Lankaya harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
