This Privacy Policy explains how Raw and Reborn ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit rawreborn.com, download a freebie, buy a product, join a program, use your member space, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and anything you write to us through forms, coaching applications, member-space messages, or Instagram direct messages sent to @raw.and.reborn.
- Account and purchase information: your member account, the freebies, products and programs you have access to, coaching session details, and order history (amount, date, product).
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive limited information such as your name, email, billing country and the last four digits of your card.
- Automatic information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see below).
How we use your information
- To deliver your free guide, purchases and member-space access, including secure sign-in links.
- To process payments and subscriptions, and to send receipts and account emails.
- To reply to your messages and run coaching sessions and programs.
- To send our email newsletter and offers, only where you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and improve our content.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Raw and Reborn, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
- Brevo (email delivery and newsletter contact lists)
- Amazon Web Services (secure storage and delivery of files, images and videos)
- Meta / Instagram (if you message us on Instagram, those messages are processed by Meta and may be shown in our private inbox)
- Our website host and video platforms used for coaching calls (such as Zoom or Google Meet)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure forms and checkout. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep account, purchase and message records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [[email protected]].
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, which we will honor.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS), private file storage with expiring download links, signed payment notifications, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Children's privacy
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents use our kid-friendly recipes on behalf of their children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
